We are seeking an experienced Private Wealth Advisor who is ready to immediately contribute to and manage existing client relationships while helping to expand the firm's advisory presence. The ideal candidate will have prior wealth management experience, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to confidently step into client-facing responsibilities from day one.
Position Overview
The Private Wealth Advisor will be responsible for managing and servicing existing client relationships while partnering with senior leadership to deliver holistic wealth management solutions. This individual will participate in financial planning, investment strategy, client service, and business development initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing high-net-worth clients while delivering exceptional client service and ongoing financial guidance.
- Participate in client meetings, portfolio reviews, and planning discussions with the ability to independently lead meetings when appropriate.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and investment planning strategies.
- Proactively identify planning opportunities and recommend solutions tailored to client goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present client review materials and financial planning analyses.
- Assist with investment management strategies and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
- Draft client communications, document meeting notes, and track follow-up action items.
- Experience completing annuity and life insurance applications with carriers is preferred.
- Utilize CRM and financial planning software to maintain accurate client records and workflows.
- Work collaboratively with advisory and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client financial and personal information.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm and its client service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, wealth management strategies as well as tax strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and provide high-level service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work proactively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of industry compliance requirements and operational procedures.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing a high level of client care.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory services.
- Experience with Addepar, Morningstar, and/or similar platforms is a plus.
- CFP designation preferred or actively pursuing.
