This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being the person clients and team members can count on. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Career Client Service Associate who wants to build a long-term career in client service and operations without necessarily becoming a Financial Advisor.
The path is CSA I --> CSA II --> CSA III --> Lead CSA, offering meaningful growth, increasing responsibility, and a valued long-term role within the client service team.
What You'll Do
- Be a trusted, reliable point of contact for client service requests
- Support account openings, transfers, money movement, maintenance, and client paperwork
- Keep CRM records, client files, service notes, and task tracking accurate and current
- Coordinate with advisors, planners, tax team members, custodians, and operations staff
- Help improve recurring workflows and support newer CSA team members as experience grows
What We're Looking For
- Four-year degree preferred
- Experience in client service, operations, administration, financial services, banking, insurance, or a related professional environment
- Securities licenses are helpful but not required at entry
- Strong organization, accuracy, communication, discretion, and service mindset
- Satisfaction in creating orders, solving service issues, and supporting clients and team members
Career CSA Progression
- CSA I: Learn firm systems, service standards, account paperwork, and core workflows.
- CSA II: Handle more complex requests, own recurring workflows, and support multiple advisors or teams.
- CSA III: Resolve advanced service issues, improve processes, and become a subject matter expert.
- Lead CSA: Coordinate CSA workflow, mentor the team, monitor capacity, and help maintain scalable service standards.
