Accounting Manager (Remote)

About the client

Our client, located in USA, is a company specialized in construction and refrigeration services in commercial and industrial properties. They are facing an expansion and growth moment and are looking for professionals in Latin America to be part of the accounting team. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Manager will be part of the group responsible to build the new shared service center.

Main responsibilities

Collaborate with other accountants and financial staff in the company to provide financial and accounting support to executives and department heads who establish goals and budgets for the organization.

Responsible for assessing business expenses and preparing optimized budget plans, reviewing financial records, researching the market rate for key business costs, and adjusting the company ledger to accurately reflect balance sheets.

The successful applicant

• Bachelor´s degree in accounting.
• Proven experience working with cost accounting (Property&Construction or Manufacturing sectors preferred)
• Shared Services experience (desired) in any country in Latin America or in USA.
• English proficiency: Advanced/fluent is required
• 3-7 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management team.
• Attention to details, team spirit and analytical thinking.
• Strong ability and desire to work remote / work from anywhere in Latin America.
