Finance Senior Manager

Main Responsabilities:

• Finance Operations & Accounting

Lead end-to-end finance operations including Record-to-Report and Source-to-Pay processes;

Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, accounts payable and cash management activities;

Ensure accurate monthly and annual closing processes under Brazilian GAAP and global standards;

Manage reconciliations, financial reporting and vendor management activities;

Support and stabilize finance operations after SAP implementation.

• Governance, Compliance & Controls

Ensure full compliance with Brazilian statutory, tax and regulatory obligations;

Coordinate internal and external audits;

Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to finance policies;

Support risk management and governance initiatives.

• Treasury & Cash Management:

Manage liquidity planning, banking relationships and treasury routines;

Oversee payment flows, FX operations and intercompany activities;

Partner with global treasury teams and shared service structures.

• Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

Lead, coach and develop the local finance team;

Manage relationships with senior stakeholders locally and globally;

Build alignment across multiple functions, cultures and geographies.

Technical Profile:

Strong experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Audit and Controllership;
Deep knowledge of Brazilian accounting, tax and statutory requirements;
Proven experience leading end-to-end finance operations;
Experience in multinational and matrixed organizations;
Exposure to shared services and outsourced operational models;
Strong stakeholder management across different geographies and seniority levels;
Fluent English;
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
