Senior Frontend Engineer QA-03

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in frontend development
• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript, React, Redux, and Sagas. Familiarity with other modern frontend libraries or frameworks is a plus.
• Code Quality: Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with an emphasis on performance.
• Architectural Understanding: Deep knowledge of how frontend applications integrate with backend services and how to maintain modular, scalable architecture.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of security best practices, especially around handling sensitive data in frontend applications.
• Performance Optimization: Demonstrated experience applying optimization techniques to keep the UI performant at scale.
• UI/UX Precision: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering design-accurate, responsive interfaces.
• Business Acumen: Ability to align technical work with product goals and broader business strategy.
• Communication and Independence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team.
