Sr Software Engineer(Python) QA-01

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and implement new features and functionalities.

• Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the platform remains cutting-edge and performs optimally.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality software.

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a willingness to take on challenges beyond assigned tasks.

Knowledge Base Requirements:

• Event-driven systems

• Microservices architecture

• Advanced proficiency in Python

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with a proven track record of building scalable and reliable systems and solving complex engineering challenges.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous integration and deployment.

• Exceptional ability to analyze complex systems, identify issues, articulate challenges, and develop effective solutions.

• Comfortable taking initiative, making decisions under uncertainty, and driving projects forward in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
