We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior Operations Specialist to manage commercial operations and stakeholder coordination for semiconductor capital equipment financing solutions. The ideal candidate will work with financial institutions, investors, equipment manufacturers, and corporate clients to facilitate capital equipment transactions and financing arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management & Coordination:

  • Coordinate complex commercial transactions involving semiconductor capital equipment financing
  • Manage deal pipelines and transaction processes from initial inquiry to deal closure
  • Support due diligence processes and documentation for equipment financing deals
  • Facilitate communication between financial stakeholders, equipment vendors, and end customers

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and institutional investors
  • Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and technology providers for commercial arrangements
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing account management for corporate customers
  • Facilitate negotiations between multiple parties in complex financing structures

Process & Business Development:

  • Optimize operational processes for deal origination, evaluation, and execution
  • Support business development initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Maintain CRM systems and deal tracking databases
  • Prepare management reports and performance analytics

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, commercial finance, or financial services
  • Experience working with financial stakeholders (banks, investors, institutional clients)
  • Strong understanding of commercial transactions and business finance principles
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and deal coordination

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and deal management platforms 
  • Good English proficiency for international business communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing complex transactions

  • Knowledge of semiconductor industry standards and requirements
