We install rooftop solar systems for homes, businesses, and factories - unlocking savings and sustainability without the upfront cost. Backed by top investors (we just raised $1.85m), were scaling fast and looking for hungry, creative builders to help us accelerate growth.

Role Description

As our Solar Engineer you'll sit at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer delivery. You'll work directly with our CEO, CFO and Technical Head to design, deliver, and scale rooftop solar projects end-to-end across Vietnam. Your work will have an immediate, visible impact as every system you touch will power real homes and businesses.

What you'll do

• Visit sites around HCMC to meet customers and assess technical needs
• Design, plan and implement solar projects for households, businesses and factories
• Support and lead the technical customer journey - from first site visit to technical drawings and implementation
• Lead and supervise project implementation
• Refine technical standards and processes

What we look for in you:

• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Construction, or equivalent
• Experience in solar system design (PVSyst, AutoCAD) and actual installation
• Hands-on and highly motivated
• Excited to work with us, our partners and customers to get projects done
• Available full-time in Ho Chi Minh City with occasional travel to customers
