We install rooftop solar systems for homes, businesses, and factories - unlocking savings and sustainability without the upfront cost. Backed by leading international investors (we just raised $1.85m), Our Client is scaling steadily and we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals to support our growth and keep our operations efficient and compliant.
As our Accountant, HR and Admin Specialist, you'll be a key part of our foundation, making sure the engine of the company runs smoothly. You'll handle finance, accounting, HR, and general office operations - ensuring Our Client stays compliant, efficient, and ready to scale.
You'll work directly with our leadership team, including our CEO and our CFO, who previously worked for some of the world's best companies (McKinsey, Google, Blackrock) and studied at some of the best universities globally (Cambridge, Harvard, Tsinghua, St. Gallen).
What you'll do:
- Issue VAT invoices and record transactions in MISA (VAS) keeping our numbers accurate and transparent as we grow.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports and annual finalization ensuring we stay compliant and trusted by partners and regulators.
- Process online payments (tax, suppliers, employees) powering the flow of business and making sure our people and partners get paid on time.
- Manage labor contracts, payroll, and social insurance taking care of the team so they can focus on driving Our Client forward.
- Support administrative tasks from filing documents and scheduling meetings to working with authorities, you will be the "backbone" that helps the company run smoothly.
- Can take on the role of Chief Accountant or work with our external Chief Accountant ensuring our financial foundation is strong, compliant, and ready for scale.
What we look for in you:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years' experience as an accountant/finance specialist, preferably in SMEs/startups
- Proficient in MISA Accounting Software, Microsoft Office Excel
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam's tax and social insurance regulations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Generalist mindset willing to handle both accounting and office admin tasks
- Comfortable to work in English speaking environment
