Were supporting a major airport modernisation initiative in Perth and are looking for an experienced Program Director to lead a multi-stream, multi-vendor delivery spanning operational technology, passenger systems and large-scale infrastructure uplift.

What You'll Lead

• A major, multi-year program with a combined value exceeding $50M
• Multiple concurrent workstreams across technology, operations and infrastructure
• Multi-vendor coordination and governance
• Stakeholder engagement at executive and operational levels within an airport environment
• Delivery that touches critical airport operations and end-to-end passenger experience

This role has significant visibility and will shape how the airport operates over the next decade.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Guide end-to-end delivery across several functional and technical streams
• Maintain a single source of truth across scope, schedule, budget, risk and dependencies
• Establish and maintain governance forums, steering committees and escalation pathways

Stakeholder Management

• Build trust with senior airport executives, internal sponsors and delivery partners
• Navigate complex and occasionally challenging stakeholder environments
• Keep alignment across vendors, business units and external partners

Scope & Change Management

• Hold firm on scope baselines
• Identify and call out change early with customer and internal teams
• Manage interdependencies across vendors, technology and operational teams

Team & Culture Leadership

• Lead PMs, PMO, architects, change and delivery teams
• Build a culture of accountability, clarity and collaboration
• Encourage cross-team cohesion rather than command-and-control behaviour

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering large-scale $50M+ programs
• Minimum of two Master Systems Integrator (MSI) programs
• Strong multi-vendor delivery leadership
• Exceptional stakeholder and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to operate confidently in a live operational environment
• Experience in aviation or airport systems is highly regarded but not mandatory
• Perth-based or willing to relocate for several years
