The client is specifically seeking a Program Director who has led a Big-Bang core banking cutover, with full accountability for go-live execution and stabilisation.

This is not a theoretical role. It requires someone who has personally owned a live Big-Bang migration in a highly regulated banking environment.

• Proven leadership of a Big-Bang core banking migration

• Direct accountability for cutover planning, execution and hypercare

• Deep understanding of core banking platforms, data migration and reconciliation

• Strong executive and regulator-facing capability

• Calm, decisive leadership under intense delivery pressure

What this is not

• Not a phased or incremental migration role

• Not a transformation oversight position

• Not suitable for candidates without hands-on Big-Bang cutover experience
