We're on the hunt for a seasoned Implementation Manager who knows their way around high-stakes, enterprise-scale releases from planning to hypercare.

You'll be front and centre in a major transformation program, helping steer multiple platforms through complex cutovers with confidence and clarity.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and evolve the end-to-end implementation process

• Manage the Release Calendar and drive weekly planning forums

• Coordinate go/no-go decisions across tech and business stakeholders

• Lead hypercare planning and incident response, including daily comms

• Produce consolidated runsheets, rollback strategies, and PIRs

• Liaise with squads, tech leads, testing, infrastructure and vendor teams

• Facilitate BVT planning, test environment readiness and issue resolution

You're the kind of pro who:

Has done this before ideally at a major Australian bank like NAB or enterprise-scale organisation

• Balances detail and diplomacy in fast-moving Agile/DevOps environments

• Is fluent in JIRA, Confluence, Rally, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft suite

• Knows how to de-risk releases and restore calm during chaos

• Brings cross-functional thinking and gets stuff done with minimal fuss

Ideal Background:

• 15+ years in IT delivery, release, or implementation leadership

• Experience in banking, telco, or other regulated enterprise environments

• Deep knowledge of environment governance, stakeholder comms, and CI/CD

• Bonus points for certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, AWS/GCP
