Were on the hunt for a hands-on techie who lives and breathes monitoring and alerting. This is your chance to jump into a high-impact project helping transition a major Aussie bank from mainframe to cloudthink BASE24 EPS, financial systems, and real-time data environments.

But lets get one thing crystal clear before you hit apply

If you do not have proven experience in ALL FOUR of the following: Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch, we unfortunately wont be able to consider you for this one. Its a hard requirement from the client no exceptions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and refining monitoring and alerting solutions across infra, apps & financial services
• Engaging with devs, ops, and business teams to turn real-time chaos into calm
• Owning quality outcomes, supporting rollouts, and keeping systems humming

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in monitoring/alerting for critical financial systems
• Splunk, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Grafana you must have used them in production
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure, GitHub, and ideally a dash of AppD, Cribl, JSON/Avro
• Bonus points for APRA or scheme compliance knowledge
• A sharp mind, collaborative spirit, and a bias for action
