Business Analyst - Zafin P&P Experience

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on Zafin experience? Join a fast-paced financial transformation program and help shape the future of product & pricing in a tier-one banking environment.

What You'll Do

• Translate complex pricing, product, and fee requirements into Zafin configuration rules and user stories.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to map and document workflows and business logic.
• Lead UAT cycles, manage defect tracking, and support go-live activities.
• Be the functional bridge between business strategy and technical execution on the Zafin platform.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years working with Zafin Product & Pricing modules (e.g., Rates, Fees, Tiering, Deal Billing).
• 5+ years BA experience, ideally in banking, fintech, or pricing-heavy environments.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery skills (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Experience in UAT planning, training users, and supporting rollout phases.
• Must be based in Melbourne and hold Australian work rights.

⭐️ Bonus Points For

• Zafin certifications or experience across multiple modules
• API integration exposure (Zafin, Core Banking)
• Familiarity with product lifecycle or revenue modelling tools
