Are you an experienced Scrum Master passionate about driving Agile excellence in fast-paced environments? We're hiring a Scrum Master to join our team for a 12-month contract with a leading Australian Financial institution in Melbourne.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sprint planning, backlog maintenance, and squad financials.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across teams.

• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maximize productivity and maintain effective backlog management.

• Remove blockers, manage risks, and drive effective problem-solving.

What Youll Bring:

• 5+ years of delivery experience, ideally in Banking and Financial Services.

• Proven expertise with Agile frameworks (Rally, Confluence, Clarity).

• Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Agile certification is a plus.

• A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for driving engagement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Business (Post-graduate qualifications preferred).

• Agile certifications are highly valued.
