Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial banking with a proven record in middle market or corporate lending
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of C&I lending, credit analysis, and syndicated loans
  • Familiarity with commercial banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with established South Florida business networks

Description:

  • Manage an inherited multimillion-dollar portfolio, ensuring stability and revenue continuity
  • Develop and acquire new commercial relationships with companies generating $30M+ in annual revenues
  • Structure and negotiate loans, lines of credit, and tailored credit solutions
  • Collaborate closely with credit, treasury, and portfolio management teams to deliver client-focused results
  • Drive deposit growth and cross-sell treasury management and wealth management services
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory standards
