Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management within retail or small business banking
• Bachelor's degree required

Description: 

• Implement and enhance deposit product offerings to align with corporate goals
• Coordinate product sales strategies and campaign development
• Manage dashboards and reporting tools to analyze product trends
• Oversee product-related documentation and training materials
• Lead projects related to mergers, conversions, and client communications
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Operations, and Training teams
• Support Director of Deposit Product Management with presentations and special initiatives
