Requirements:
  • 7+ years of commercial banking, middle market banking, C&I banking, corporate banking, or senior business banking experience
  • Proven track record of originating and growing commercial banking relationships
  • Strong commercial credit experience including cash flow analysis, financial statement review, loan structuring, and risk assessment
  • Experience working with privately held companies, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and operating companies
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending, treasury management, deposits, and full relationship banking
  • Demonstrated business development and prospecting success
  • Established COI network within Orlando, Central Florida, or surrounding markets preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client advisory skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent commercial banking experience
Description:
  • Develop and grow middle market commercial banking relationships throughout Orlando and the broader Central Florida market.
  • Manage a portfolio of privately held companies, entrepreneurs, and growth-oriented commercial clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, centers of influence, referral networks, community engagement, and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Structure and recommend commercial credit solutions including C&I facilities, working capital lines, term loans, owner-occupied real estate financing, and treasury management services.
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flow performance, collateral positions, guarantor strength, and industry trends to assess credit quality.
  • Lead relationship strategy discussions and coordinate with credit, underwriting, treasury management, portfolio management, and product partners.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand deposits, treasury services, lending, and additional banking solutions.
  • Represent the bank throughout the Orlando business community and establish a strong market presence.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and maintain disciplined risk management practices.
  • Reports to senior commercial banking leadership and collaborates closely with credit and treasury management teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions/
