Your Impact
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a high-value portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial needs.
- Business Development: Proactively hunt for new opportunities, managing a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting and community networking.
- Expert Credit Structuring: Interview applicants to determine the best loan structures, oversee the submission process for underwriting, and ensure seamless loan closings.
- Financial Advisory: Act as a true consultant by educating clients on financial strategies—including cash flow management, investments, insurance, and market trends—tailoring products to their unique profiles.
- Collaborative Growth: Partner across internal departments to identify cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients benefit from the bank's full range of Treasury, Wealth, and Private Banking services.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5–8 years of success in Business or Commercial Banking (or an equivalent blend of education and experience).
- Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of cash flow analysis and business credit underwriting; formal commercial credit training is highly preferred.
- Relationship Focus: A proven ability to navigate complex business structures and build long-term trust with "Centers of Influence" (CPAs, Attorneys, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
