Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably with middle-market and large corporate clients

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred

• Proven success in leading teams, business development, and credit oversight

• Strong understanding of credit structures and risk management

• Knowledge of Florida commercial markets (Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa Bay)

• Familiarity with cross-functional banking collaboration (Wealth, Private, and Specialty Banking)

Description:

• Direct commercial banking strategy across three major Florida markets

• Lead and mentor team leaders and relationship managers

• Drive acquisition and retention of clients with $50-500MM in annual revenue

• Collaborate with specialty and private bankers to deliver integrated solutions

• Maintain high credit quality through proactive portfolio management and credit structuring

• Act as a strategic liaison across business lines to ensure client-centric delivery
