Candidates:

• By creating an account and submitting your information, you agree that Fintrust Connect may share your information with potential employers and recruiters in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information about your qualifications and experiences.

Employers:

• Employers must provide accurate and truthful information about job listings and company details.
• Employers agree to use candidate information only for legitimate employment purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Recruiters:

• Recruiters must provide accurate and truthful information about their services and job listings.
• Recruiters agree to use candidate and employer information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Termination

• Fintrust Connect may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fintrust Connect makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability
