Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance of Known Errors:
    Document and manage known errors and workarounds, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and present reports on problem trends, root causes, and improvement actions to stakeholders.
