We are looking for an experienced and strategic PMO Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong leadership, reporting, and portfolio management expertise who can drive operational excellence and support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of PMO governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and standardized processes.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs and provide insightful analysis aligned with organizational strategic objectives.
  • Oversee project performance tracking, reporting, and evaluation using robust metrics and dashboards.
  • Support executive leadership through data-driven portfolio reports and strategic presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across PMO methodologies, tools, and project delivery practices.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across all projects.
  • Foster a collaborative project culture focused on transparency, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Maintain and enhance PMO tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting standards.
  • Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in project governance, reporting frameworks, and portfolio management.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong expertise in KPI management, dashboard development, and data-driven reporting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence executive decision-making and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO best practices, governance standards, and reporting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced reporting techniques.
