We are looking for a creative and analytical Reporting Specialist to transform complex data into compelling visual stories that drive strategic decision-making.

This role combines data analysis, visualization, and storytelling to deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide business leaders with clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and infographics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Translate raw data into meaningful narratives that highlight trends, insights, and business implications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and create intuitive, visually engaging outputs.
  • Apply storytelling techniques to simplify complex information for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality assurance processes.
  • Continuously improve reporting templates, visualization standards, and presentation quality.
  • Support the development of reporting guidelines and visual identity standards across business units.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in data visualization, analytics storytelling, and design thinking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or visualization design.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong ability to convert analytical findings into visually compelling stories and executive presentations.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and modern visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Data Visualization tools.
  • Training in Storytelling with Data or Data Design Principles.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
