About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, strengthen the company's online and offline presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
• Create engaging digital content across various channels.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with external agencies and partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and recommendations.
• Support branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong market research and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in marketing, design, and social media management tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
