About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel & Ticketing to lead our corporate travel operations. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years' experience in corporate travel management, including supervisory experience, strong GDS skills, and proven vendor negotiation and cost‑control capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate travel management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale travel operations within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong negotiation skills with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and cost control.
- Ability to manage urgent travel needs and perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the travel and ticketing team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee booking and confirmation of air tickets, hotel reservations, and ground transportation for business travel, vacations, and emergency trips.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies, budgets, and approval workflows.
- Negotiate and maintain corporate agreements with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to achieve cost savings and service quality.
- Review and approve travel requests, validating travel details, class of travel, and cost allocations.
- Monitor travel expenses and prepare periodic reports on travel spend, savings, and KPI performance.
- Support HR and Finance in reconciling travel invoices and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of employee travel, ticket utilization, and hotel bookings.
- Resolve travel issues such as delays, cancellations, and last‑minute itinerary changes.
- Stay informed of visa requirements, travel advisories, and airline regulations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and traveler experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external travel regulations.
