Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Management Specialist to architect and operationalize performance frameworks across the organization. The role transforms organizational goals into measurable outcomes by designing KPI systems, calculating KPI measures, building analytical dashboards, and delivering insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform KPI Calculations: Calculate and produce results for all KPI measures in line with the approved methodology.
• Data Validation & Analysis: Conduct rigorous data validation, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of performance reporting.
• Advanced Reporting & Dashboards:
  • Build automated and visually compelling dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel BI (Power Query / Power Pivot).
  • Ensure dashboards are updated and aligned with reporting cycles and governance requirements.
• Strategic Collaboration: Lead stakeholder meetings to review performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Senior Management Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to senior leadership on organizational health, progress, and performance insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Excel BI (Power Query / Power Pivot).
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard building, metrics visualization, and reporting).

Communication

• Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage professional meetings, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across functions.
