Position : Project Manager

Location: Riyadh 

1. Professional Background

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years leading projects, preferably in large organizations or government settings.
• Project Types: Experience in managing Data and Digital initiatives.
• Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the structure and culture of public sector or semi-government institutions.

2. Key Skills Required

• Project Leadership:

  • Ability to lead complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to keep projects on track regarding time, budget, and scope.

• Business Understanding:

  • Capability to align project goals with the organizations broader strategy (e.g., becoming more data-driven).
  • Understanding the importance of clean, accessible, and well-structured data for improved decision-making.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Comfortable engaging with various organizational levels, including executives, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Skilled in building alignment and managing expectations.

• Problem Solving:

  • Proficient in identifying risks early and taking practical actions to resolve issues.
  • Proactive mindset in overcoming challenges.

3. Certifications & Education

• Required: PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent project management qualification).
• Preferred: Bachelors in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields.
• Added Value: Training in data management, digital transformation, or public sector delivery is a plus.
