Job Overview

The individual creates, implements, and manages processes to ensure products meet quality, function, and

reliability requirements. They identify and set quality standards, communicate them to the QA team, and

ensure ISO and other quality rules are followed. They also manage internal audits, inspections, and process

improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities

Creates, implements, and manages processes to make sure that products meet quality, function, and

reliability requirements before they are delivered.

Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for projects.

Tells the QA team, the product development team, and any other relevant staff about quality standards

and parameters.

Makes sure that ISO and any other quality rules that might be needed to carry out the projects are

followed.

Managing the preparation of the portfolio and division standard processes and procedures

Provide expert advice on quality control and assurance issues.

Conduct periodical training for the portfolio and division to enhance the maturity level with respect to

quality processes and procedures.

coordinate with the PMO manager to standardize the divisional template to be incorporated into the

standard processes and procedures.

Managing the periodical internal audit with respect to quality assurance to ensure that the portfolio and

division are following the standards of the processes and procedures.

managing the issuance and closure of non-compliance reports (NCR), )if any.

Coordinate with the division and project to establish the baseline for quality control.

Manage the periodical quality inspection on site to make sure that the project manager is following the

quality plan.

Managing the process improvement plan to ensure that the improvement is increasing steadily.

Managing the division technical review meeting to highlight the quality assurance performance and

closing the open NCR before assigning the external audit

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of engineering or equivalent
ISO Certified
PMP Certified
RMP certified
KPI certified
English Language Certification will be beneficial

Experience: 10-15 Years
