Job Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with internal resources and external suppliers to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning:

    • Prepare detailed work schedules and project plans.
    • Assist in project identification, defining scope, and setting objectives.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
    • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
  • Budget Management:

    • Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
    • Track all project costs to confirm budget coverage.
  • Resource Coordination:

    • Coordinate internal project resources and liaise with external parties and suppliers.
    • Forecast resource needs to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Risk Management:

    • Manage risks to minimize potential project disruptions.
    • Analyze and report on project performance using necessary tools and techniques.
  • Documentation:

    • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and maintain records.
    • Evaluate project sites for suitability based on project nature.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
    • Monitor and maintain the efficiency and sustainability of facilities.
  • Field Operations:

    • Document field visit reports and monitoring data.
    • Follow up on facility maintenance operations as per project plans.
  • Additional Responsibilities:

    • Participate in organizing and managing contracts with suppliers.
    • Execute construction and maintenance projects according to plans.
    • Undertake any other tasks as assigned relevant to the role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or engineering.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
