Job Title: VAS Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced VAS Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Value-Added Services (VAS) systems, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge and troubleshooting skills of VAS systems.

• Provide monthly Performance of Deliverables (POD) related to VAS.

• Conduct day-to-day meetings with customers to discuss network performance challenges and propose new solutions.

• Perform VAS problem checks and troubleshooting.

• Carry out in-depth analysis of VAS performance problems and identify root causes.

• Monitor and report on VAS license utilization.

• Handle and troubleshoot NTT issues related to VAS.

• Manage and resolve Remedy tasks for MDTs (Major Defect Tickets).

• Submit MDTs in the Remedy system for VAS troubleshooting and tracking.

• Conduct regular VAS Nodes health checks.

• Perform VAS Nodes parameters health checks to ensure optimal performance.

• Prepare reports according to Salams requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with VAS systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience with Remedy systems and MDT handling.

• Good understanding of network performance management.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
