Position : Sales Manager.
Location: Damam, KSA
Job Summary
To lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue growth, expanding market share, and meeting strategic goals through effective planning, organization, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets.
The candidate must possess the ability to sell "off-plan" properties

Supervise the full real estate purchase and sale process.

Conduct market and competitor analysis, and deliver actionable reports.

Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.

Oversee all aspects of contract negotiation, documentation, and legal compliance.

Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.

Collaborate with marketing, procurement, legal, and finance teams to streamline operations.

Monitor team sales performance and initiate corrective measures when needed.
Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in real estate sales with a strong track record of closing deals and leading teams.
