Job Summary


To lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue growth, expanding market share, and meeting strategic goals through effective planning, organization, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets.

  • The candidate must possess the ability to sell "off-plan" properties

  • Supervise the full real estate purchase and sale process.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, and deliver actionable reports.

  • Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.

  • Oversee all aspects of contract negotiation, documentation, and legal compliance.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and industry events.

  • Collaborate with marketing, procurement, legal, and finance teams to streamline operations.

  • Monitor team sales performance and initiate corrective measures when needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in real estate sales with a strong track record of closing deals and leading teams.

  • Skills:

    • Leadership & team management

    • Negotiation & closing strategies

    • Strategic planning & forecasting

    • Strong communication skills

    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

  • Languages:

    • Arabic: Fluent

    • English: Very good
