Are you passionate about telecom performance analysis and eager to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment? We are looking for an experienced Performance - PS Analysis Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing mobile core network performance within an Ericsson-managed service project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mobile core network PS performance analysis (ad-hoc, short, and long-term).

  • Support both Ericsson and client teams in identifying performance bottlenecks and improvements.

  • Develop and enhance reports, tools, and processes for better performance delivery.

  • Perform E2E network analysis using call flow tools and methodologies.

  • Generate executive and technical reports using BI tools and MS Office suite.

  • Contribute to network tuning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills:

Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth hands-on experience with Ericsson CS Core, PS Core, IMS, and 5GC SA components.

  • Strong understanding of telecom interfaces and protocols (ISUP, SIP, Diameter, MAP, etc.).

  • Familiarity with telecom technologies: 2G, 3G, 4G, VoLTE, IMS, 5G.

  • Knowledge of cloud-native environments (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker).

  • Experience with EZE call flow-based analysis and mobile network performance metrics.

Tools & Development:

  • Skilled in using SQL, Python, VBA, Linux Shell scripting.

  • Proficient with performance/statistics tools, KPI building, and visualization.

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and applying AI/ML concepts.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and cultural awareness.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage customer expectations effectively.
