Are you an expert in IN and VAS performance analysis with a passion for driving telecom network excellence? We're looking for a Performance - IN Analysis Engineer to support a high-demand environment within an Ericsson-managed service project for a leading telecom client in Riyadh.
Role Overview:
As a Performance - IN Analysis Engineer, youll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the mobile core network's Intelligent Network (IN) and Value-Added Services (VAS) layers. You will collaborate closely with Ericsson and customer teams to develop advanced tools, reports, and processes that meet stringent SLA/KPI targets.
️ Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on-demand, short-term, and long-term IN/VAS performance analysis.

Handle charging system configurations, dumps, CDR analysis, and signaling traces (AIR, CCN, OCC, SDP, VS).

Analyze Customer FUP logic across IN/ESDP/CRM platforms.

Build performance/audit reports using ENIQ, UPM, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, and integrate AI/ML where applicable.

Lead KPI development, data collection, and visualization for technical and executive-level reporting.

Handle special event planning (Ramadan, Hajj, National Days) through prediction and preparation.

Translate HLD/LLD designs into actionable analysis and reports.

Propose improvements for user experience, business cases, and new IN features.
Minimum Requirements:

Extensive experience with Ericsson IN/VAS platforms, especially in the STC environment.

Deep expertise in charging systems from multiple layers: design, business configuration, logic building, testing, etc.

Proficient in tools and scripting: SQL, Python, VBA, Linux Shell, ENIQ, UPM, Office Suite.

Familiar with telecom statistics, CDR analysis, and service performance tracking.

Strong background in project integration and report automation.
