Position: Network Engineer (FO-Core + VAS)

Job Summary

 Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our Riyadh-based operations team. This role focuses on FO-Core, Value-Added Services (VAS), and customer care support within telecom environments. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with network operations, fault management, and service ticketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze network topology and performance.

• Conduct continuous alarm and performance monitoring to ensure optimal network health.

• Open, update, and manage Trouble Tickets (TTs) in accordance with SLAs.

• Escalate critical incidents to management following escalation protocols.

• Maintain ticket records using Remedy or equivalent ticketing systems.

• Handle incidents related to MVNO services by liaising with appropriate Mobile Network Operators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in NOC operations, VAS, or customer support in telecom.

• Solid understanding of Fiber Optic (FO) core networks and Value-Added Services.

• Proficiency in Remedy or other ticketing platforms.
