Job Title: OLT Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OLT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of OLT networks, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage customer relationships and network performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep knowledge and troubleshooting skills of OLT network.

• Provide monthly Performance of Deliverables (POD) related to OLT.

• Conduct daily meetings with customers to discuss network performance challenges and propose new solutions.

• Perform OLT problem checks and troubleshooting.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of OLT performance issues and suggest improvements.

• Monitor and manage OLT license utilization.

• Handle and troubleshoot NTT issues related to OLT networks.

• Manage and resolve Remedy tasks for Major Defect Tickets (MDTs).

• Submit MDTs in the Remedy system for OLT troubleshooting and tracking.

• Conduct regular OLT Nodes health checks.

• Perform OLT Nodes parameters health checks to ensure network stability and performance.

• Prepare and deliver reports according to Salams requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working with OLT networks.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Remedy system and MDT handling.

• Experience in network performance management and customer support.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
