Job Overview

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist is responsible for ensuring secure and efficient access to enterprise systems and data by managing user identities, authentication, and authorization policies. This role supports the organization's security posture by designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM frameworks that comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities


Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and
Administration solutions.
Building polices, processes and frameworks related to identity and Access management (e.g.
identity lifecycle management, requesting access, auditing permissions).
Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify
areas for improvement.
Working with clients to develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and
implementation plans.
Defining technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions
Advises on the implementation of new IAM features that are tailored to the specific
environment.
Establishes the link between the IAM team and the business stakeholders, capturing their
evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
Focuses on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the
IAM platform.
Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business
processes and security policies.
Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate
levels of access across systems and applications.
Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access
certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate
IGA solutions into clients' environments.
Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of
IGA solutions.
Interacts with the vendor and service providers to address contractual agreements related to
the IAM platform.
Prepares updates and reports to management

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in IT or equivalent

Experience: 6+ Years

Skills:

Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock,

Okta, Novell) and Directories an (LDAP, AD).

Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering.

Experience in SSB/SSD, Code Repository Management is preferred

Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365

Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification, and BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and

PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP is preferred

Prior consulting experience and Excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable

Proven ability to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
