About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IAM solutions to help clients protect sensitive data, meet regulatory requirements, and streamline access controls. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Develop and implement IAM policies, frameworks, and processes, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, and auditing.
  • Assess existing IAM environments and recommend enhancements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Design IAM strategies and implementation plans tailored to client-specific needs.
  • Define both business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
  • Advise clients on the implementation of new IAM features to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the IAM team and business stakeholders to align the IAM roadmap with evolving business needs.
  • Lead deployment, roll-out, and transition efforts for new IAM features and platform updates.
  • Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to match business workflows and security policies.
  • Establish and enforce access control policies, roles, and entitlements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal security, IT, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
  • Deliver training and support to client teams to promote successful adoption and long-term sustainability.
  • Engage with vendors and service providers to manage IAM-related contractual obligations.
  • Prepare management reports and updates on IAM program status and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services and information security.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Expertise in IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell, and familiarity with directory services like LDAP and Active Directory.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, MDM (Intune), and Office 365.
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and role engineering principles.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate, BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, OCJP/SCJP.
  • Prior experience in consulting environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and contribute effectively to a collaborative team.
