Currently, we're expanding our team and seeking Entrepreneur in Residence who is

• a restless learner who enjoys making sense of new things you don't understand
• curious by nature, noticing your questions and asking at the right moment
• willing to experiment with possible ideas to find the best creative approach
• adaptable, knowing when to sacrifice short-term benefits to pursue long-term achievement

You will lead corporate startup teams to build new products, services, or ventures from zero to one. With our corporate partners, you will leverage your substantial experience in design, business, and technology and entrepreneurial skills to shape, build, and launch new ventures.

Once Here, You Will

• Take ownership of your projects and be willing to step outside your comfort zone to achieve the best possible outcomes, no matter the challenges.
• Inspire and develop ideas with all stakeholders, lead the team to build and test new ideas, products, and services, and scale up to new ventures.
• Work hands-on with your team to complete projects from end to end.
• Evaluate and make informed decisions on the next steps at each stage of development.
• Keep a written record of the insights you gain from each development activity in your responsible projects as a report.

Experience

• Understand the big picture principle and bridge it with day-to-day operations.
• Be able to lead team members with trust and know how to drive team collaboration.
• Evaluate idea development in each learning stage and know when to pivot or kill.
• Having some entrepreneurial experience, not just theoretical knowledge, and being able to apply it in practice intuitively means that you should know how to:
  • Spot a scalable market opportunity.
  • Define the customers' worth-solving problem.
  • Create creative or unobvious value offerings.
  • Visualise high-level product or service specifications.
  • Design experimentation to validate product or service ideas.
  • Design a business model.
  • Define the business's competitive advantage.
• Have specialised knowledge and skills in design, business, tech, etc., as a foundation and top-up with management and entrepreneurial skills.
• Be able to creatively tweak and blend the entrepreneurial process with the corporate innovation framework and complexity to get the job done quickly.
• Successfully building a venture from the zero stage to the go-to-market stage is a plus.
• Having experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus.
