About the Role
Location: Ermita, Manila

Reports to: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

The Onboarding Associate facilitates the necessary activities and provides essential information and resources to help new employees start their employment, providing them a seamless and positive experience.

• Serves as the primary point of contact, providing critical support in the pre-onboarding process to ensure a seamless start for new hires into their employment with the company.
• Coordinates with relevant parties in the timely provision of work tools, ensuring necessary resources are readily available to new hires upon onboarding.
• Implements effective monitoring and record-keeping practices to ensure compliance of new hire documents with company requirements.
• Gathers feedback from new hires, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the pre-onboarding process to address areas for improvement, such as bottlenecks, redundancies, or opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, or any related field
• Communication skills to effectively interact with new hires, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness
• Interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with new hires, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams in the provision of work tools
• Organizational and administrative skills in process coordination and records management
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace applications to support pre-onboarding activities, such as maintaining trackers and records
• Flexibility and agility to take on additional tasks as needed
