Branch Associate - Trade (Fixed Term)

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

The Branch Associate (Trade) manages the end-to-end delivery and accounts receivable (AR) processes for Trade and Project accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing, efficient coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to financial and operational standards. The role processes efficiency and supports healthy cash flow through proactive monitoring and resolution of outstanding accounts.

Other requirements includes the following:

• Executes Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in alignment with government-mandated guidelines and LGU regulations.
• Oversees the timely creation of Delivery Receipts (DR) and performs Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions in the system to ensure accurate and on-time product deliveries. 
• Executes prompt processing and conversion of delivered DRs into the system to maintain real-time visibility of inventory and delivery performance.
• Coordinates closely with the Sales Department to verify customer orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) and Post-Dated Check (PDC) terms prior to dispatch.
• Conducts the timely pull-out and processing of all approved Authority to Pull Out (ATPO) requests, including items for repair, within the defined turnaround time. 
• Escalates customer claims, delivery issues, and repair concerns promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain service quality.
• Compiles, analyzes, and reports operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend process improvements for better supply chain performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management course.
• Fresh graduates with any work experience are also welcome to apply!
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication, planning, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional departments, and quickly adapt to the work environment.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to be trained.
