Digital Commerce Specialist

Reporting to: Assistant Manager - Digital Commerce

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be assisting the Assistant Manager of Digital Commerce in the management, maintenance, and forecast/target achievement of the identified digital platform/s of the company.

Other responsibilities include:

• Planning and calibrating strategies with the team and the different stakeholders, and executing them based on the platform calendars.
• Tracking the forecast/target achievement of the identified digital commerce platforms while supporting the strategy execution, and maintaining them.
• Assisting in the forecast projection and budget, and tracking the platform investments over identified platforms.
• Conducting periodic reviews of the identified key metrics of the digital commerce platforms, and making specific recommendations as needed.
• Responding to customer inquiries and/or feedback posted over the identified platforms in coordination with the Digital Commerce Manager and the internal Customer Service Team.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; a Certified Digital Marketer or equivalent reputable provider course qualification/certificate is a plus.
• At least 1 year of work experience in digital commerce/e-commerce platform management; experience working for TikTok, Shopee and Lazada is a plus.
• Familiarity with the use and navigation of digital commerce and social media platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Knowledgeable in Google Suite, Whatsapp, Viber, and WeChat.
