We are looking for a Senior IT Reports Developer (SAP BW on HANA) to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions. This role plays a critical part in transforming business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, design data flows, and build scalable and high-performing SAP BW solutions.

What You Will Lead:

• Designing and improving large-scale SAP BW reporting systems
• Building and maintaining strong data warehouse structures to ensure clean and reliable data
• Turning complex data into clear dashboards and reports for business leaders
• Improving report performance, system reliability, and data security
• Leading development efforts and ensuring high standards in coding and documentation
• Mentoring team members and promoting best practices
• Solving complex technical issues and continuously improving reporting processes.

What Sets You Apart:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP BW on HANA or enterprise reporting
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting design
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience leading projects or guiding other developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
