Inventory Reconciliation Associate (Fixed-Term)

Location: Ermita, Manila (near SM City Manila)

Role Type: Fixed-Term (6 months)

Department: Supply Chain Planning and Operations

Reporting to: Team Leader - Inventory Reconciliation

The Inventory Reconciliation Associate (Fixed-Term) is responsible for inventory reconciliation by matching physical inventory with system records and ensuring accuracy of inventory data.

Other responsibilities include:

• Perform regular reconciliation between physical inventory counts and system records
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for verification of discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of reconciliation reports
• Maintain proper documentation of reconciliation activities
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates, preferably with internship in inventory management.
