Department: Commercial - Trade Marketing

Reporting to: Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

The Trade Marketing Associate provides frontline support to trade marketing programs by engaging directly with the field sales team and customers, providing insights and observations to strengthen execution.

Other responsibilities include:

• Engages with sales teams and ensures the availability and delivery of trade marketing resources to facilitate effective field execution
• Conducts store visits to monitor the implementation of trade marketing initiatives and to gather field information
• Ensures compliance to set execution timelines by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders
• Monitors and records trade marketing resources; provides relevant reports for analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field of study.
• Fresh graduates, preferably with relevant internship experience
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others
• Organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and plans to internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in using a variety of tools and software, including Google Suite and analytics platforms
