Join our team as a Sales Support Associate and play a key role in ensuring a seamless sales and customer experience. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, support sales operations, and help deliver excellent service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by processing and managing sales orders while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, generate sales opportunities, and follow up on accounts receivable
• Address after-sales concerns and customer inquiries, coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution
• Provide updates to customers regarding order status and concern resolution to maintain strong client relationships

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field
• Fresh graduates, preferably with internship/training experience in a customer service-related field
