HR Assistant - OSM (Fixed-Term)

Department: HR - Outsourced Services Management

Reporting to: HR OSM Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing validation, including verification of deployment data and applicable rates against approved records
• Monitor billing status and ensure timely submission and payment tracking
• Maintain and update the billing tracker to ensure accuracy and visibility of all transactions
• Prepare and reconcile headcount reports in coordination with accounting and operations
• Ensure accuracy of deployment records and validate any discrepancies
• Process load allowance requirements within agreed timelines
• Monitor and track incident reports related to OSPs deployed personnel
• Assist in report generation and administrative documentation as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in billing, payroll, or administrative operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data validation skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets or similar tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
