Quality Control Engineer

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan 

Role Type: Full-time (onsite)

Department: Shared Services

Reporting to: QMS and Quality Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will ensure that our products comply with established quality standards and are designed, built, and produced according to customer specifications and quality requirements.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensures consistent product quality by developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
• Directs thorough inspections and testing of products, components, and materials, ensuring conformance to established specifications and quality standards.
• Supports quality management and improvement efforts through continuous review and comprehensive maintenance of records of quality control activities, inspection reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Collects and analyzes quality data, including inspection results, non-conformities, and customer feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Identifies and resolves product quality and performance issues by initiating investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course, preferably a Licensed Engineer.
• At least two (2) years of combined experience as QA/QC Engineer in a laboratory/chemical industry or plastic manufacturing industry.
• Adept in QC/QA Inspections (Incoming and Outgoing) and Reports.
