Company Nurse / Admin Staff

About the Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time (onsite)

Department: Operations - HR and Admin

Reporting to: HR and Admin Manager

Work schedule: 5-day work week

As a Company Nurse / Admin Staff, you are responsible for safeguarding the overall health and well-being of employees, fostering a healthy work environment, providing comprehensive healthcare services and promoting wellness initiatives.

Other requirements include the following:

• Assist the implementation of health and safety standards in the company.
• Assist in bringing employees to the hospital when needed.
• Administer first aid treatments and immediate relief to employees as needed.
• Maintain all medical records of employees.
• Dispense, monitor, and issue medicines.
• Manage and facilitate annual physical examinations of employees.
• Manage and coordinate all health issues of employees; including routine monitoring of health conditions.
• Prepare and submit annual health reports and other health-related reports mandated by the government.
• Manage the petty cash fund and perform basic bookkeeping activities.
• Assist in resolving administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.
• Coordinate health matters pertinent to third-party personnel deployed in the company.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Company Nurse.
• Familiarity with Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) related concerns.
• Preferably with BOSH certification.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Willingness to perform HR and Admin support functions.
• Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.
