Senior Production Engineer - Plastic Injection

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Plastics

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5 day work week (onsite)

Job responsibilities include:

• Identify mold problems and improve mold design.
• Optimize injection parameters to improve productivity and quality.
• Solve injection problems and develop preventive solutions.
• Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the machines and operators.
• Train and support Production Engineers.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years in Injection Molding Production Process.
• Well verse in Technical know-how in Plastic Injection Molding & its Process.
• Experience in PVC injection molding is an advantage.
• Experience in mold maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
